Clean, print RoHS-compliant KOKI solder paste using steel stencil printing. Verify good quality and mount micro-components as small as 0201. Inspect irregular components for defects, reflow solder in oven, and use AOI to detect errors and welding defects.
Assembly production process
Semi-automatic soldering, confirmed with microscope; Lock lens to PCB, clean surface, and attach components for EMI/ESD control; Assembly with testing and calibration; Sound testing in soundproof room; GPS testing for signal reception.
